Buffalo Meat Pickle also knew as Masu ko Achar is a popular pickle in Nepal that features a deep-fried meat mixed with a variety of Nepali ingredients.

This dish tastes so good with Chiura also known as Beaten Flat Rice but also taste good with a scoop of rice.

In this video, I am making it with Buffalo Meat but this can also be made with Chicken and other meats.
